How to unlock island sanctuary? ›

In order to unlock Island Sanctuary, you need to have completed the main scenario quest “Endwalker.” Once completed, you can talk to the “Clueless Crier” NPC in Old Sharlayan to start the quest “Seeking Sanctuary.” We've marked their location below.

As you tend to your island, the Seafarer's Cowries you earn can be used to purchase exclusive mounts, minions, glamours, Orchestrion Rolls, home goods, hairstyles, Materia, and lots more from the Horrendous Hoarder in your Cozy Cabin.

The Sanctuary Islands is a Seasonal area added to Daylight Prairie, introduced along with the Season of Sanctuary in Patch 0.10. 0. All the quests, spirits, and activities can be found in this area. To reach Sanctuary Islands, head to the Bird Nest (behind the Spirit Gate on the right in Butterfly Fields).

How To Access Your Island Sanctuary. Once unlocked, you can travel to your island sanctuary at any time by speaking to Baldin at Moraby Drydocks in Lower La Nosecea at (X:24.9, Y:34.8). You can leave your island at any time by either using Return or Teleport, or interacting with the boat at (X:9.2, Y:28.3).

It is one of the rewards from the Island Sanctuary. To obtain this mount, you need to purchase it with 200 Vegetal Vouchers, which are a new currency earned by ranking up the Island Sanctuary.
